Who we are
Modular Screens, a trading name of Gedding Mill Limited.
Since 2006 our founder company Gedding Mill has been creating bespoke glazed interior partitions, doors and windows for some of the capital’s finest design firms. We have adored each project: the screens we have created and how they transform a space.
Our passion for practical solutions and creative design is the bedrock of Modular Screens. We realised it’s possible to offer that bespoke feel without the hassle and wait. The quoting and purchasing procedure is easier than it’s ever been before. Our website allows visitors to:

We offer a screens system, with simple options, providing stylish, hand crafted, well finished partitions to those who desire them. Whatever and wherever the project.
Our Facility
Shortly after becoming involved with screens we soon realised that we were going to need larger premises . We are pretty handy, so we built one from scratch to fulfil our exact requirements. Our founder company specialises in the production of bespoke metal fabrications and on occasion, steelwork for building projects. So in 2012 a new 6,000 Sq. Ft workshop was designed and built, our new facility was born.
Even before the new building, our work had become increasingly focused on steel doors and partitions which allowed our workshop to become the production centre that it is today. In 2014 our first major investment into CNC machining centres, enabled levels of repeatability and accuracy that was previously impossible. Late 2017 we welcomed a state of the art finishing line, to complement our facility.
Our founder company Gedding Mill has been at the centre of the hand crafted metalwork world since the mid eighties. Creating items of beauty for those who appreciate the fine quality and attention to detail. Focusing mainly on bespoke fabrications, it provides the perfect compliment to Modular Screens.

in London. These relationships have seen us produce work for residences
and commercial properties across the UK, London, Europe and Asia.
We are very proud of our working history especially with Plain English.
Modular Screens has been influenced by their designs and it is now our pleasure to be able supply our system through not just our website,
but also through the Plain English Showroom in Pimlico.
